Schokolade – Huetli

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 ½ cups almonds, finely grated

4 oz semi sweet baking chocolate, finely grated

1 shot of rum

1 tsp cinnamon

·       Beat eggs.  Mix in all remaining ingredients. 

·       Make into little balls using a teaspoon.  Place close to each other on a baking sheet and let sit overnight, allowing to dry. 

·       Next day, arrange on cooking sheet allowing 2 inch separation. 

·       Make 2 to 3 cuts on top of each ball with the back of a knife. 

·       Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
